Service · Digital Presence Stack

One vendor for hosting, domain, search visibility, and your website.
One monthly bill.

Most commercial businesses pay three to five separate vendors for hosting, domain registration, search engine optimization, and website maintenance. The TDS-IS Digital Presence Stack consolidates all of it into a single productized subscription delivered by automation, with the same vendor that already handles your IT. One invoice, one accountable team, and a documented process behind every change.

Already paying separately for any of these?

  • A hosting provider (GoDaddy, Bluehost, WP Engine, Squarespace, Wix)
  • A domain registrar (often a different vendor than your host)
  • An SEO retainer or local-search service
  • A webmaster, freelancer, or agency for content updates and plugin maintenance
  • A separate analytics or reporting subscription

If two or more of those are on different invoices, you are the audience for this service. The Stack replaces all of them with one monthly subscription billed on the same invoice as your managed IT.

What is the Digital Presence Stack?

The Digital Presence Stack is a productized service that runs your entire web footprint as one offering: managed hosting, domain registrar management, search engine optimization, generative engine optimization, and ongoing site maintenance. Every operational task is delivered through the same automation pipeline that powers our internal operations, which is why the economics support a single price that consistently undercuts the scattered-vendor total.

The 2026 pricing reality for a typical small commercial business is $580 to $3,460 per month for the unbundled equivalent (Gravitate, 2026 Website Maintenance Cost Guide; WebFX, 2026 Website Maintenance Pricing; ALM Corp, SEO Pricing Guide 2026; Boulder SEO Marketing, SEO Costs in 2026). Most clients save 20 to 40 percent against that baseline by consolidating under the Stack.

What is included?

Four named components, delivered every month, executed by automation, audited by humans:

Managed Website Hosting

Enterprise-grade managed hosting with global edge delivery, automatic HTTPS, DDoS protection, free SSL, and a 99.99% historical uptime track record. Modern performance-optimized architecture preferred for security and speed.

Domain Registrar Management

Up to 5 domains managed under TDS-IS at cost. DNS records (A, CNAME, MX, TXT, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) audited and corrected. Auto-renewal, transfer locks, and registrar-level 2FA enforced.

SEO and GEO

Technical SEO health (schema, sitemaps, canonicals, internal linking, Core Web Vitals), keyword and topic strategy, monthly content publishing on calendar, and generative engine optimization so AI answer engines and AI-powered search overviews cite your business.

Website Management

Up to 4 small content edits per month (headlines, copy, images, page metadata, plugin or framework updates). Anything beyond scope is billed at $175/hour with prior approval. Emergency fixes are handled the same day.

IndexNow + Sitemap Automation

Every change pings IndexNow within 30 minutes so Bing, Yandex, and other supporting engines re-crawl in near real time. Sitemap.xml is regenerated and submitted to Google Search Console on the same cadence.

Analytics + Conversion Tracking

Google Analytics 4 properly configured. Form submissions, phone clicks, and scheduling links tracked as conversion events so monthly reporting shows what is working, not just what is busy.

Monthly Performance Dashboard

Plain-English monthly report covering rankings (top 10 keywords), organic traffic, conversion events, technical health score, and content shipped. Written for owners, not for SEO consultants.

Backup + Restore

Versioned site backups retained for 30 days. Restore-test logged quarterly. Recovery point objective (RPO) is one hour or less for the active branch.

Quarterly Strategy Review

30-minute quarterly call with TDS-IS leadership: rankings progress, content calendar, conversion data, and the next quarter's priorities. Recorded and summarized for your records.

How does this work behind the scenes?

The Stack runs on the same automation pipeline TDS-IS uses internally to publish content, monitor performance, and ship technical fixes across our own three production properties. Strategy and creative direction are human-led; the routine execution is automated:

The result is consistent monthly cadence and significantly faster turnaround on routine work, both of which are backed by the Process Guarantee below.

Who is this for?

The Stack fits commercial businesses where the owner or operations leader wants a unified team running the website, search visibility, and technical infrastructure rather than juggling three to five vendor invoices. Typical fits include:

Existing TDS-IS managed-services clients receive the bundled rate (see pricing below) and waived onboarding fee because the technical baseline already exists.

Standard term is 36 months with a 60-day notice for any scope change. A one-time onboarding fee of $1,497 covers technical migration, domain transfers (if applicable), the 30-day Health Audit, and analytics/conversion-tracking setup. The fee is waived for existing managed-services clients.

Capacity-controlled onboarding. The automation pipeline is horizontally scalable, but quality-controlled cutover is not. We onboard 4 new Digital Presence clients per month so every site gets a clean migration, baseline audit, and rank-stability monitoring window.

What is the bonus stack?

Every Digital Presence engagement includes the following at no additional charge. Stated values reflect what each bonus would cost as a standalone purchase from a comparable vendor:

Bonus What it does Stated value
30-Day Technical SEO Health Audit Full technical audit (schema, Core Web Vitals, indexability, canonicals, robots, sitemap, internal linking) with a prioritized remediation plan and 30-day fix sprint. $1,497 one-time
Quarterly Content Calendar 12 articles planned per year with topic, primary keyword, target intent, and outline. Anchored to your service categories and conversion goals. $3,188/yr
AI Answer-Engine Optimization Schema, llms.txt, conversational content patterns, and direct-answer formatting tuned so AI answer engines and AI-powered search overviews cite your business in answers. $1,988/yr
Monthly Performance Dashboard Rankings, organic traffic, conversion events, technical health score, and content shipped. Plain-English, written for owners. $1,164/yr
Domain Registrar Management Up to 5 domains managed at cost. Auto-renewal, transfer locks, registrar 2FA, and DNS-record auditing included. $300/yr
Total stated bonus value (first year) $8,137 + $1,497 setup = $9,634

What do we guarantee?

Three written guarantees, each reversing a specific buyer fear:

Consolidation Savings Guarantee

If we do not beat your current scattered vendor spend on equivalent service after a fair side-by-side comparison, your first month is free. We do the math with you, in writing, before you sign.

Process Guarantee

Content publishes on calendar every month. If we miss the calendar in any month for any reason on our side, your next month is free.

Technical Health Guarantee

Your site reaches a 90-or-better Lighthouse score and a 90-or-better technical-SEO health score within 90 days of go-live, or we work for free until it does.

Can you see proof?

TDS-IS runs the Stack on three of our own production properties. Every page on every property is generated, optimized, monitored, and republished by the same automation pipeline that delivers the client service:

Tech for Senior Living

techforseniorliving.com

Senior-living MSP brand. Content cluster strategy, schema-rich service pages, and AI-answer-engine citations across senior-living operator queries.

TDS-IS Commercial

tds-is.com

This site. Carrier-Ready Bundle pillar guide and the cyber-insurance-defensible IT topical cluster currently visible to commercial buyers.

TDS-IS Federal & SLED

govcon.tds-is.com

Federal contracting brand. Past-performance pillar, SDVOSB capability statements, and a federal-IT-buyer content cluster.

How do we onboard?

Every Digital Presence engagement starts with a fixed-scope 30-day onboarding. Standard milestones:

By day 30, hosting, domain, analytics, content cadence, and dashboards are all running on the TDS-IS pipeline. Months two and three sharpen rankings against the Technical Health Guarantee target.

Frequently asked questions

Will the Digital Presence Stack actually save me money against my current vendors?

In most cases yes. The typical small-business stack of separate hosting, maintenance, SEO retainer, and webmaster labor lands between roughly $580 and $3,460 per month according to 2026 pricing data published by Gravitate, WebFX, ALM Corp, and Boulder SEO Marketing. The Stack is $1,495 per month standalone or $995 per month as an add-on for existing TDS-IS managed-services clients. The Consolidation Savings Guarantee makes that explicit: if we do not beat your current scattered spend on equivalent service, your first month is free.

How is delivery automated and what does that mean for quality?

Most operational tasks are executed by our automation pipeline. That includes content drafting, technical SEO health checks, IndexNow pings, dependency updates, broken-link scans, and monthly performance reporting. Strategy and creative direction are human-led; routine execution is automation-led. The result is consistent monthly cadence (content publishes on schedule every month) and faster turnaround on standard requests, both of which are backed by the Process Guarantee.

What is generative engine optimization (GEO) and why does it matter?

Generative engine optimization (GEO) is the practice of structuring web content so that AI answer engines and AI-powered search overviews cite you when prospects ask them questions in your category. The mechanics differ from traditional SEO: schema markup, llms.txt files, conversational content patterns, and direct-answer formatting matter more than keyword density. The Stack runs both SEO and GEO together because buyer behavior in 2026 increasingly starts in an AI chat rather than a search box.

Will I lose my search rankings if I switch to TDS-IS?

No. Migration onboarding includes a documented 301-redirect map, sitemap parity verification, IndexNow re-pinging across all changed URLs, and a 30-day rank-stability monitoring window. Most clients see equal or better rankings within 60 days because the technical-SEO baseline gets remediated during the migration itself.

Can I keep my existing CMS (WordPress, Squarespace, etc.) or do I have to migrate?

Most clients migrate to a modern static-site architecture because it is faster, more secure, and cheaper to operate. WordPress and Squarespace are supported when business reasons require them; pricing is the same but underlying delivery economics differ. We will recommend the right path during the first call.

What if I need more than 4 small edits in a month?

Routine work beyond the included scope is billed at $175 per hour with prior approval. Most clients use the included scope without ever touching the hourly rate. Larger projects (page redesigns, new sections, complex integrations) are quoted as separate professional-services SOWs at the same hourly rate with a 10 percent discount for managed-services clients.

What does the Digital Presence Stack cost?

The Stack is $1,495 per month standalone, or $995 per month as an add-on for clients already on TDS-IS managed services. Standard term is 36 months with a 60-day notice for any scope change. A one-time onboarding fee of $1,497 covers technical migration and the 30-day Health Audit; this is waived for existing managed-services clients.
